Documenta organizes a successful study tour to Café Dromedario Cantabria, to analyze and exchange with LIKE European project partners, the enterprises point of view regarding age management at work. Like European project promotes the implementation of innovative age management concepts according to the current aging workforce situation. Likewise, the project encourages enterprises to maintain older workforce and ensure the transference of elder workers knowledge and know-how to younger workers.
