Social and economic inclusion of Afro-Ecuadorian population is a common desire amongst civil society, despite of several coordination problems. The main causes of this lack of coordination are scarce economic resources to finance projects, and the lack of meeting places. The project will work to strengthen the capacities of people specific needs in relationship between Identity, Culture and Social Economic Development
